She forged relationships with the top retailers in the world and scaled BLAMtastic® from a kitchen experiment to a respected consumer goods company positioned for growth.  Renee is a frequent  guest speaker and expert panelist on women's empowerment, entrepreneurship and youth initiatives.  CBS News, ABC News, NBC News, Fox Business, Time Magazine, and TEDtalks have highlighted her work.

Tom Gladfelter

President

 

Tom is an accomplished leader and respected sales professional with an impressive 35-year career in the consumer goods industry.  Tom has amassed a remarkable network in the top food, drug, dollar and mass retailers throughout the country and around the world.  Tom has extensive experience in developing, selling and managing multi-million dollar consumer product portfolios in numerous categories.  He has worked with some of the largest consumer goods companies in the world, including Procter & Gamble, Chesebrough Ponds and Duracell.  His specialty is scaling small to mid-sized consumer goods companies.  

 

Tom has an outstanding cross section of experience to draw from including, CEO, President, Head of Marketing, Sales and Product Development.  Tom has been integral in the acceleration of several companies.  One shining example is his tenure as General Manager at Unico where he led the acceleration of this private label manufacturer from approximately $1 million in revenues to $60 million in revenues.   It was ultimately acquired.  

 

Tom has served as Advisory President of the General Merchandise and Health and Beauty Category Boards of the GDMC.   Tom has also founded several companies. He serves on the Board of Directors for University of West Georgia.  He serves on the Board of Directors of the Chi Phi Fraternity.  Tom gained his B.S. in Marketing from the University of West Georgia, Carrolton, GA.  

 

Leslie Haston
V.P. Sales

 

Leslie is a proven national sales leader with 35+ years of consumer products experience.  Her specialty is scaling distribution for emerging consumer brands.  Leslie directs BLAMtastic® sales force planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, recruiting and selection of sales force talent to drive sales and profits.  Leslie provides exceptional leadership to the BLAMtastic® sales team and her deep relationships in the top food, drug, dollar and mass retailers opens doors for distribution in the top retail channels in the country.   

 

Lily Sandler, Age 17
Founder

At the age of 17 Lily is already an accomplished entrepreneur, speaker and nationally recognized expert in youth entrepreneurship.   Lily loves working and has grown her company from a home-based business to an award winning international consumer goods company.   From product development and marketing to sitting across from the largest retailers in the world, Lily knows her consumer goods company inside and out. After all she did help to build it!

 

  • 2013 Porsche Diving Force Youth by The National Center for Civil and Human Rights and Porsche Cars of North America for her work to address issues faced by women and young people through entrepreneurship.
